Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: September 30, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses the Krun website, API, console, SDKs and related services (the "Services") provided by Krun Labs ("Krun"). It is part of our Terms of Service. If you are an organization, you are responsible for making sure your users and end users follow it.

1. Unlawful and harmful activities

Do not use the Services to:

  • violate any applicable law or regulation, or to facilitate anyone else doing so;
  • infringe or misappropriate intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights;
  • submit personal data, including sensitive data (such as health, biometric, financial or government identifiers), without a valid legal basis and any required notices or consents;
  • defraud, deceive or impersonate others, or run phishing, scams or spam;
  • harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate or discriminate unlawfully against individuals or groups;
  • promote or facilitate violence, terrorism, human trafficking or the development of weapons;
  • distribute malware or otherwise compromise the security of systems, networks or data.

2. Child safety

Do not use the Services in any way that exploits or endangers minors. This includes uploading, generating, classifying for distribution, or otherwise processing child sexual abuse material. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the competent authorities.

3. High-impact decisions

Krun returns probabilistic predictions. Do not use outputs as the sole basis for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without meaningful human review, including decisions about:

  • credit, employment, housing, insurance or education;
  • access to essential services;
  • law enforcement, immigration or criminal justice;
  • medical diagnosis or treatment.

Where you use Krun in such contexts, you are responsible for complying with applicable law, including transparency and individual rights requirements.

4. Integrity of the Services

Do not:

  • reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, model weights, architecture or training data of the Services, except where this restriction is prohibited by law;
  • use outputs, or systematic querying of the Services, to build, train or benchmark-distill a competing model;
  • circumvent or interfere with rate limits, quotas, credits, billing, authentication or other access controls, including by creating multiple accounts or keys to exceed limits;
  • share, publish or sell API keys, or give access to the Services to third parties except as part of your own product built on them;
  • disrupt, overload or impair the Services or their infrastructure, including load testing without our prior written permission;
  • probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Services without authorization.

Security research. Security researchers acting in good faith should report vulnerabilities to contact@krun.ai and give us reasonable time to fix them before any disclosure.

5. Others

Do not help, encourage or allow anyone else to do any of the above.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations. If we determine, or reasonably believe, that this AUP has been violated, we may take action without prior notice, including:

  • removing content;
  • revoking API keys;
  • throttling usage;
  • suspending or terminating access to the Services.

We may report unlawful activity to the competent authorities and cooperate with them, which may include disclosing relevant information.

7. Reporting

To report a suspected violation or a security issue, contact contact@krun.ai with as much detail as possible. You agree to cooperate with us to remedy any violation.

8. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
